YA-6040C Automatic Heat Press Machine integrates Time, Temperature, and Count functions into a single user-friendly interface. It delivers stable and precise parameter settings, allowing operators to easily adjust and monitor the pressing process in real time.

Dual-cross Infrared Precision

YA-6040C uses a double-side, dual-cross infrared setup that projects a clear rectangular positioning frame defined by four reference points onto the work surface, giving operators a highly visible alignment guide for exact transfer-area demarcation.

Double Heating Plate

YA-6040C equips both the upper sliding platen and the lower stationary platen with independent industrial-grade heating elements, so heat is applied from both sides of the garment or substrate at the same time rather than relying on top-down conduction alone.

Pneumatic Lift

YA-6040C replaces traditional mechanical springs or manual levers with compressed air-driven cylinders to raise and lower the upper heating platen, delivering smooth, consistent, and fatigue-free operation throughout long production shifts.

Double Heating Plate

YA-6040C lets the upper heating platen move left and right manually along its track, so operators can shift it aside to lay and align garments or transfers on the lower table without working under high heat—then slide it to either extreme where a built-in sensor automatically lowers the plate for pressing.
