PLC Touch Screen Control System

YA-1000D is equipped with an advanced PLC Touch Screen Control System​ that combines industrial-grade logic control with an intuitive user interface. The large 7-inch touchscreen provides real-time monitoring of printing parameters such as nozzle temperature, bed temperature, extrusion rate, and print progress.

High-Precision Print Head​

YA-1000D features a high-precision print head​ designed for consistent material flow and fine detail reproduction. Equipped with an all-metal hot end and precision nozzle, it supports both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filaments while maintaining accurate temperature control up to high-temperature ranges.

Servo Drive Control System

YA-1000D adopts an industrial servo control system​ across its X/Y/Z axes and extruder drive, replacing conventional open-loop stepper motors with closed-loop servo motors and high-resolution encoders. This delivers real-time position feedback, automatic error correction, and stable torque even at low speeds—eliminating step loss, reducing vibration.

High-Performance Control System

YA-1000D is powered by a high-performance control system​ that integrates a PLC-based logic controller, a servo motor drive network, and a 7-inch touchscreen interface into one seamless platform. This system delivers real-time closed-loop control over temperature, motion, and extrusion parameters, ensuring stable operation across the entire 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm build volume even at peak speeds of 600 mm/s.
