Original Epson I3200-A1 print head, this DTF printer leverages Epson's genuine PrecisionCore MEMS technology with 3,200 nozzles (8 rows) and native 600 dpi per color to deliver sharp detail, smooth gradients, and vivid CMYK+White output, while its VSDT variable-droplet control.

Intelligent Control System

Powered by an industrial-grade Hoson control board, the Intelligent Control System delivers precise, real-time coordination of printhead firing, servo motion, white-ink circulation, and automatic capping — ensuring accurate CMYK+White layer registration, stable ink viscosity, and consistent color output even during long unattended runs.

Hason Board and Control System

Hoson (Hason) mainboard and its dedicated control system, the YA-702 manages high-speed data processing, precise dual Epson I3200-A1 printhead firing, servo motion, white-ink circulation, and automatic capping in real time—delivering stable, streak-free, all-day continuous DTF production.

Automatic Capping Station

Automatic Capping Station provides hands-free, scheduled printhead sealing and moisturizing after every job or idle period, preventing ink drying and nozzle clogging on the Epson I3200-A1 heads; with sensor-triggered precision alignment, it performs automatic suction, cleaning and wiper action synced.

High-Precision Platform

High-Precision Platform features a rigid, industrial-grade flatbed structure with micro-adjustable media guides and tension-controlled roller systems, ensuring PET film feeds perfectly flat and wrinkle-free across the full 600mm width; combined with the Hoson servo-driven encoder.

Bulk Ink Supply

Bulk Ink Supply system replaces disposable cartridges with high-capacity external tanks (CMYK + White) that feed the dual Epson I3200-A1 heads via a continuous ink line, slashing cost-per-print by 60–80% and eliminating frequent refill stops.
