When a customer receives a LeFu laminator, it arrives in a fumigation-free wooden crate with shockproof and moisture-proof wrapping, together with the machine, matched accessories (air compressor, LED light, cutting mat, install tools, spare-parts box) and an English manual. After unpack, our team provides remote or on-site installation guidance, operation training and 24-month warranty support so the buyer can start laminating right away.

Guarantee Policy
We Provide 2 years guarantee time for laminator. During guarantee time, parts broken without man made reason. We will change them freely. If out of guarantee time, need parts change, we only charge cost price.

We have detail installation video and operation manual. After you received the laminator, we will set up tech support group and put engineers who can speak English in group. We can provide 7*24hr on-line support.
